How to Make a Referral
Referrals to Little Lights Liverpool can be made by anyone or a healthcare professional involved in a child’s care. Once a referral is received, our dedicated team work with consultants, specialist nurses, community nurses, GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team to review the information and contact the family to discuss their needs and how we can best support them and to ensure every child receives the right care at the right time.
