How We Maintain Standards
Families place their trust in Little Lights Liverpool at one of the most important times in their lives. We’re committed to providing safe, compassionate and high-quality care, and to continually improving the support we offer.
Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. The CQC helps ensure that services like ours meet the standards families expect and deserve.
Clinical Governance
We carefully review incidents, accidents and feedback through our Clinical Governance and Safeguarding Committee, helping us learn, improve and maintain the highest standards of care.
Health and safety procedures are regularly reviewed, and safeguarding remains central to everything we do. Every member of our team completes annual safeguarding training and receives ongoing education and professional development appropriate to their role.
Sharing Best Practice
Providing the best possible care means learning from others and sharing what we’ve learned.
Little Lights Liverpool works closely with healthcare professionals, children’s hospices and partner organisations across Cheshire and Merseyside to improve care for babies, children and families.

Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice is registered with the Fundraising Regulator, the independent regulator of charitable fundraising in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We’re committed to raising funds honestly, openly and responsibly, following the Code of Fundraising Practice so our supporters can give with confidence.
