Little Lights Charity Padel Tournament

Community comes together to make every rally count

Players, supporters and local businesses came together for a fantastic day of padel, fundraising and fun at the first Little Lights Charity Padel Tournament – and we’re already hoping it won’t be the last!

Held at Velocity Padel in Widnes, the tournament brought together players of all abilities, united by one shared goal: helping local babies, children and families receive the specialist care and support they need.

The courts were filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughter and some impressive determination as teams battled it out throughout the day.

Away from the courts, there was plenty happening too. Guests enjoyed treats from Guilt Free Fuel, while a fundraising raffle featured fantastic prizes generously donated by Montirex and The Padel Place.

More than a day of sport

For Little Lights, events like this are about much more than the final score.

Every team that took part, every raffle ticket bought, every sponsorship secured and every donation made will help us continue providing specialist care and support for babies and children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, as well as the families who love them.

It was a brilliant reminder of what can happen when people come together behind a shared purpose.
