Counselling

Confidential counselling and emotional support for children, parents, carers and families receiving care at Little Lights, including bereavement support.

Someone to Talk To

Sometimes families need someone to talk to. Whether you are coming to terms with a complex diagnosis, facing difficult decisions, or coping with the loss of a child, our counselling service is here to support you.

Counselling is available to parents, carers, siblings and other close family members of children receiving care at Little Lights. Support may be available whether your child is currently using our services or your family is receiving bereavement support.

Our experienced counsellors provide a safe, confidential and supportive space to talk through whatever you are experiencing. Sessions take place in a private, comfortable setting at Little Lights, and you can talk at your own pace, without judgement.

You don’t have to face difficult times alone. We’re here to listen and support you and your family when you need us.
